Move Saved Games Folder to iCloud?

Looking to minimize storage of OOTP 21 files on my MacBook Pro running MacOS Catalina. I've got the installed version (not Steam). I have access to iCloud. I've read other threads that say I can move my saved games folder there but don't explain HOW...or, at least, not in a way I understand. I'm not a command line expert (not even a novice) so I simply don't know how to do that. OOTP 21 Online Manual discussion of Command Line Parameters didn't help (I can get to terminal but don't know how to "locate the application folder with the CD command"). Really appreciate a step-by-step walk-through of HOW I can move the location of the saved games folder off my MacBook Pro to iCloud. Itching to get started playing but really want to get this folder moved (I play historical recreations starting in 1901 up to present and use Almanac...lots of past experience with OOTP storage overwhelming my Mac). Thanks in advance.

There will be some serious save/load lag depending on the size of the universe. At first it might be small but some universe save files are 3gb to 6gb or even more.

Its a good idea to keep a backup on the cloud but not the primary source of it.
