Can you force 2-way players?

Not sure if i have worded this correctly, but I want my league to have all pitchers be part of the hitting lineup... essentially I want small rosters of say 15 players (or whatever the lowest amount the game allows) and for them to all go both ways

Seriously though, can I do that without having to edit all the players individually?

may i ask where the setting is?

You can access it when you go to player actions and then set strategy. It's buried on the right side of the screen, below all of the pitching options.

Not sure if this is relevant, but on mine, ive restricted teams to 15 man rosters and on the league settings > stats & AI screen... on the left hand side under general AI roster settings I have a tick box to allow two-way players.

I have that checked and the AI selects relevant pitchers to hit as needed. Ive not however been able to get 'hitters' to pitch... I have 9 pitchers in squads at the minute though, so there isnt as much need for them to do so from the looks of it.
