I dont care to use salaries

I maybe missing a great part of the game, but I just don't care about trying to play around salaries, their caps or other problems.
I have OOTPB 19 and I found how to play without salaries. I can't seem to find this function in 21.
Can anyone help. Thank you

The change can only be made in preseason or when you first set up the game. It's under League Settings -> Financials. On the left side there is a Header called "Financial and Free Agent Settings." Right under there is a box that is checked by default that is labeled "Enable Financial System." Uncheck that and you will be good to go!
