missing pack

I recently clicked on 'Get 5' of the regular packs. Upon trying to open the first pack, the game quit unexpectedly. When I logged back in, it is showing only 4 packs to open and I do not recognize any new cards in my collection. Any thoughts??

That did it!! Sure enough, I had six players that were inactive. Thanks for the help!
