Can you use a download link twice?

I buy the game on the Apple Store every year since it allows me to download the game on both the computers under my Apple ID. If I buy the game straight from the OOTP website, can I still download the game on two devices?

Yes, an OOTP license can be active on up to two devices at the same time.
