I need to install NOW!
I've been trying to hold out until the official release, but the file is on my SSD and I'm scratching myself with anticipation.
What is the proper way to move my current OOTP 20 saved game to OOTP 21? Do I need to run a full backup inside OOTP 20 and then restore from backup in OOTP 21? Help! I can't wait anymore. LOL : ![]() I can't believe how long it takes to do a backup even on SSD. I see it hangs a while on the various Almanacs for each season played. Once I get up to 20+ years, it must be such a wicked long process, aye?

When you start OOTP21, there will be an option on the main screen to import your OOTP20 league. Use that and follow the steps.

You can definitely start your conversion now and poke around in 21 but Id wait until tomorrow when initial version is released to play your saved game again since there are some transaction bugs that will screw your game up in beta.
