In game stamina bar seems incorrect

I didn't notice this in my first few games, but now the stamina bar seems to suddenly drop to zero in the game, when I know the pitcher can't be that tired (given percentage rested before entering, and pitch count). Plus, when I visit the mound they don't indicate that they are tiring.

I'm still seeing this in the latest beta build .(30)

My relief pitches stamina bar drops very quickly with a low pitch count. When I visit the mound they say their fine.
