hanno Bat Boy Join Date: May 2018 Posts: 12	Player Development Wet the beak a little bit in 21 and gotta say loving what I’m seeing. That being said one of the big changes I hoped to see was overhauled player development so I’m curious how other players tackle this... my usual strategy is to just hire minor league coach’s who specialize in one area and draft/acquire players who they’ll have a bigger effect on. I’ve never quite gotten to dodgers level (actually not even close) where I’m consistently a top 10 farm system but that is 100% my goal. Just curious to hear what everyone else does on the player development front.
