Salary Quesiton

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but I con't find it in the manuel.

Are coaches paid yearly salary or a salary for so many years (400,000 for 4 years = 100,000 per year)?

I am assuming that players contract are yearly? 15mil for 4 years means 15 mil each year for four years.

Have I got it wrong or right?

Coaches are a yearly salary. If you hire a coach at 400,000 for four years, he gets 400,000 dollars each year.

Player salaries are the same way.

If you fire a coach before his contract is up, do you have to pay the remainder of the money right then, like you do for players?
