when you play do you prefer manager, GM or do you do both?

I play as both but I sim so the AI does most of the actual "managing".

I play GM for my entire org and pseudo manager for my major league club. I set the lineups and depth charts, rotation and bullpen roles, and then sim. I'll micro manage my minor leagues from time to time if there is a particular prospect I want to play at a certain position or someone I strongly feel should be in the rotation or closer role.
