OSA Showing EXACT ratings in scouting league!

I was doing some digging today in my online league, and we are currently doing the amateur draft. I started looking at the players individually and the OSA ratings while acting as a GM/Manager are the SAME as the actual ratings. This is NOT good. Has anyone seen this? How do I fix this?

This is an online league. Is everyone running the patched version of the game?

Yes, previous versions aren't compatible.
