Question on the transaction news area...

Hi guys!
I looked through the board but didnt see this question unless i overlooked it so wanted to post to see if anybody knew.
When you go to the transaction tab, and than click on All Transactions, I thought in previous years it would show there if a team purchased a player from the minors to join the big league club? Hasnt that been the case or am I just totally mistaking?
This years game though it doesnt show me those roster moves under the "all transaction" tab. The only place I can see where a team purchased a player to promote them to the big league club is each individual teams transaction page. I always check the All transactions page each day (I sim, commish mode, dont control a team) and now players are getting promoted for the first time to the big league club and I'm not realizing it until I just discover they've been brought up and been playing for some time.
So just wanting to see if anyone knows why that transaction is not showing up under the league transaction tab under all transactions?

Just wondering if there is another way to see that kind of transaction without going team by team transactions? Pretty sure it use to be in the All Transactions for the League
