Draft class composition

Not sure if this is supposed to be a future suggestion or a bug. But I would love to see the option of editing the "composition" of a draft class by changing the percentage of high school players and college players of a draft class.

Right now if I set the "created players age" to 15, the draft class will be filled with 15-year-olds, but most of them would still come from colleges. Similarly, if I set the age to 24, the draft class will be filled with 24-year-olds, yet some of them would still come from high schools, which is quite unrealistic.

You got your wish if you haven't played 21 yet. You can break the %s down by 4 Yr college, Juco and HS
