Bullpen role precision

Hey guys, can someone tell me what's the difference between the stopper and the high leverage role ? The online manual doesn't seem to have a "high leverage" definition.

In theory the stopper would come in and pitch the rest of the game while high leverage would just get out the jam then turn it over to the end-game bullpen.

I haven't seen high leverage really work that well in practice though.
