Updated Rosters Available?
How can I get updated rosters through this point in the offseason to start a new franchise with for 2020? I tried a new start, with live rosters, but it still has everyone on their team as of end of 2019 season. Would like free agent changes included if available. Thanks,

As stated on the OOTP homepage, live start is good for the regular season, so you won't find up-to-date rosters from the development team. However, you're likely to find something relatively accurate over in the mods forums.
