Once again, Apple Store OOTP purchasers shut out...

Second week in a row that I can't get into my account and must wait 24 hours. I know others are in the same boat. Terrible policy -- couldn't you submit the patch to Apple Store on Sunday so that it goes live at the same time as everyone else? If not, don't sell OOTP via Apple Store.
