Help with box scores

My box scores are not being displayed. If I click on it from the main page it tells me that it can't be downloaded and to try later. But if I bring up the team schedule and try to access them from there I get the error shown in the photo. Where is the autosave that they mention? I looked every where and even looked at the CFG files.
