Service Time on the Injured List for Minor Leaguers

I have a question regarding Major League Service time. I believe that if a player is on the Major League 10 Day or 60 Day IL they accrue service time. I have a player that gets injured while playing at AAA. He is on the 40 man roster. When I try to go place him on the IL, I only get the option to place him on the Major League IL, the 7 day minor league IL is not an option. Does this mean anytime a minor league player on the 40 man roster gets injured and placed on the IL he will accrue service time?

(Though I thought this bug was fixed a year ago...)
