frustrating bug

When clicking on tactics screen prior to game with national team, game crashes in 9 out of 10 times. Same was happening in FHM 4. Any solutions to this ?

Can you upload the save where it's happening? We made a lot of changes to the national team tactical screen in one of the later updates, and from what I can see it's working properly now in my games.
