Next Years Rookies

When do next years new players (rookies) get assigned to their minor league teams between one season and the next? I am up to the Winter Meetings and see no sign of the new rookie crop. If it matters, I have the Rule 5 draft disabled because I'm trying to get rookies assigned to their historical teams.....

Did you have your draft yet? It’s usually in season during early summer.

For historical play the date is set under the RULES tab, halfway down on the right side. The default date is in December. I set my date to November about a month after season end.
