Staying Put and Divisions
Do you always stay in the same division if you select "Stay Put" for your league preference?

I don't mind this league, but right now the three best teams across both leagues are in the same division and I'm 3rd.

No, you just stay in the same league.

Note that the league number may change, but for all intents and purposes, it'll be the same league.

If others also use the "stay put" option. If you use the option to stay put, basically everyone from your league who also uses the option are treated like a friend group when making the leagues.
