Trade Bug?

I think I figured out the trade bug, in which no player is ever good enough to "make it work now."

It happens every time I look at a player suggested by the AGM because the player "might fit a need." I've just started ignoring them (is there a way to turn off that notification?). I get some decent trade proposals, but when the AGM brings them up, no dice.

If there were someone who would fit, you would likely get a trade suggestion with that player. If you get an email from your AGM about a player that fits your needs, if you want to make the deal you need to work a larger offer.

If I understand correctly, that means that if the AGM suggests a player, there's no possibility of a 1-for-1 deal, he has to be included in a multi-player trade?

My experience so far has been that if I randomly select a player an "make this work now," there are always offers, even if I don't want to take them. If it happens to be a player suggested by the AGM, there is no player that will make it work, which I know shouldn't be the case, because I've even tried to trade a top prospect for a non-ranked one, and the other GM rejected it.
