Help!

Is there a way to limit or force the number of nations that are derived from a region? for example...say i want a 20 team Caribbean ONLY world. I do custom world, select the Caribbean region, and i get 16 cities in Mexico. How can i make it so it is one city per island? Or is to do it manually the only way to get what I am wanting?

Another example is Asia...I get Japan and S Korea are huge and have huge cities. In a 16 team world, say, how do you force it to include vietnam, laos, etc?

you have to edit world.xml file to change what is in a region, i think... among other things

you can also force some things under league settings->players tab. you can change the %-nationalities that will enter league over time. maybe that's enough for what you want to do.

even if you picked 'no region' you could select carribbean countries as the players generated and set proportion of them.

setting region may be less work, but may include more things than you want? trial and error...
