How do i go about...

Making new regions or altering the nation regions?
Example: Id like the "Caribbean" region to be only ALL of the islands in the Caribbean. Id like a region deemed "Latin America" that has all spanish speaking countries in it. things like that....how do i do this or has it been done and i cant seem to find the link for it?

I'm pretty sure you can't do it ingame...In world_default.xml, the regions are at the end of the file. Each region is filled with the country id's in that region.

Obviously, you'll want to create a backup of the world_default.xml file and then experiment on that...just making sure that's out there.
