Can't Unlicense Game

I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but I wouldn't call it a bug. I'm about to do a re-install of my OS and I wanted to unlicense the game so that there will still be a license available when I re-install (the other license is being used on another computer). When I go to unlicense (de-license?) it says, "OOTP was unable to release the license on the license server!" What can I do???

P.S. I had no problem deactivating the license for FHM4

I don't know why, but I rebooted and was then able to release the license.
