How to Create Quickstarts?

I am interested in creating some quick starts for OOTP, but there is one problem...I am not sure how to go about it.

Any suggestions?

Create your league. Go to File > Quickstart Games > Save Current Game as Quickstart.

can just save templates too -- with or without players included. just depends on if you click before first load of the league or after it's been loaded.
