Pitcher Last Name (Fo)

I haven't noticed this before, getting ready to start the 2019 season, see that a few teams have a starter listed with their last name followed by "fo" in parentheses. They are listed as both a starter and part of the bullpen.

What does "fo" mean?

fo = follower

Found it in the manual. Been playing since ootp12 and every year a new feature brings new excitement to the game.
