Player evaluation: different for PT?

In my first season at PT, and I realized I'm evaluating players based on how I would evaluate them in OOTP. What differences between the two should I be paying attention to? Obviously I don't care about potential in PT, and there will be fluctuation in Live players. But what might be the difference between, say, a 2018 Brandon Crawford in OOTP and a 2018 Crawford in PT, for the purposes of getting the best players?

I find myself valuing speed a lot higher in Perfect Team than OOTP. In modern day OOTP a lot of the fast guys don't have any bat so they're not worth a roster spot on my teams. But in Perfect Team there are a ton of guys to choose from, many with similar batting ratings. All else being equal, may as well pick up a guy with more speed. Plus, stealing bases is fun.
