Continue or Load game

On the opening screen there is the option to Continue your current game or Load your current game. Is there any difference in the two options?

Continue game will load the game you were playing when you last saved.
Load game will allow to choose a different save if you want that (Actually have to make sure of this LOL)

so If you don’t won’t to change games it doesn’t matter which you chose?

Correct. Or if you only have 1 universe then its the same.

Some people have multiple universes.
