Challenge Mode Auto-Play Restriction Uses MLB Schedule Always
I've been doing my annual minor league manager career and figured I would run it in Challenge Mode this time around. I'm not sure if this has always been like this, but the Auto-Play option appears to be restricted to dates within 1 week or less up until early November, then unrestricted, and starts being restricted again in April. My season ended at August 28th and the new one begins at May 20th.
It seems to me that Auto-Play is being restricted for Challenge Mode based on the MLB schedule rather than the schedule of whatever team the human player is currently managing. Hitting "Auto-Play until next week" does get old after some time. Please set me straight if I'm just seeing things! |

As long as you are somehow associated with a league in season, then we disabled the later event sims. Being a minor league manager may count towards this, so yeah, while MLB is in season it's as if you were playing them.

Any plans to adjust this? It does get annoying doing all the clicking just to get to minor league opening day, and I can't see any potential for abuse. I could always back out of Challenge Mode, but now that Challenge Mode achievements can result in card packs or perfect points (?) some quality-of-life improvements to it seem prudent.
Obviously I don't know the specifics of the code and the difficulty of reworking it. |

Ah, turns out "Play until Next Game" always works, so there's no real issue here other than mild confusion. Thank you for replying!
