Lose card pack! Error

Hi, I dont know if anybody have the same problem. But to me this happend 2 or 3 times minimum in one week! I buy card pack and go to open and in second says error ocupied! Offcourse pack dissapierd. I look in roster to see is new player is in roster on inactiv and nothing, that mean I throw 2 or 3000 PP in wind.

No, the cards are not lost, they are definitely in your inactive cards list if you restart OOTP.
