How do you turn off the HR fireworks?

I don’t get any fireworks, does it just work for Perfect Team?

Do you have in game sounds turned on?

I doubt they're even used in PT since nobody sees the games being played out.

Yes the sounds are turned on. What I see in the sound folder is a separate folder for PT and there are fireworks sound files in that folder. I do not see any firework files in the regular sound folder. I did take some of those from PT and moved them into the regular sound folder but nothing happens.
