Expanded Fielding Stats & Live Games

I enjoy playing out a sizable percentage of my games. I often will watch a play that I assume my fielders will make, however, and despair as the ball goes into the outfield or drops for a hit.

Flipside is true as well; an outfielder or infielder seems to make a diving catch, and very often the PbP makes no special mention of it.

If the Expanded Fielding Metrics are derived from the actual game simulation and not sort of assigned post-facto, as I assume them to be, is there any way we can start to see some of that show up in the In-Game PbP or post-game Log? Maybe even just a set of stars (****) for a "Remote" play, for instance:

Quote:
(1-2; Fly Out; F8LD; 108 MPH; ****)
Quote:
(2-2; Reached on Error; 8RS; 86 MPH; **)
(I threw in the exit velocity, as I'm excited to see those as well!)

As far as inserting the information into PbP, I don't need it for every play, but when there's action in the field that's classified as "Remote" or even "Impossible", I'd really like to know it. Same as when my fielder botches a Routine or Likely play. It could be woven relatively seamlessly into the PbP, I think:

Quote:
Here's Jake Thatguy...
Windup, the pitch...
Thatguy swings...
sent in the air...
down the line to short left...
it's hooking, looks Unlikely that James Cooldude will get there in time...
Cooldude going all out...
he dives...
He makes an Unlikely play!
His pitcher offers a nod as Cooldude flips the ball to the infield...
Quote:
ground ball, sharply hit into the hole...
looks Routine for Dang Oops...
Oh my! Oops kicks the ball...
That'll be an error on Oops...
He booted what should have been a Routine play...
(I guess you could capitalize the action-words to help us see that it's being highlighted as one that will be included in a Defensive Play category, or else use a color to denote same.)

As it stands, I have no idea which balls in play are linked to the various categories. For me, the current situation makes the Extended Fielding Stats feel arbitrary and unattached, when it could be much more! Apologies if this is already planned!
