If you have issues with the game looking blurry or the display being cut off under Windows, please try the following: Locate the OOTP 20 shortcut (or the OOTP20.exe), right-click it, select properties, select the compatibility tab and toggle the setting for high DPI scaling. Restart the game. That should fix the issue! The same may also work if you do it on your Steam client shortcut in case you use the Steam version of OOTP .
