What personality traits must a player have to have the "sparkplug" tag?

Title...

In 2+ years of franchise I have never seen this tag and I am interested in what type of player I have to get to have that tag. I.e. what personality traits do I have to look for/modify to have a sparkplug on my team?

Is anyone familiar with this? I have all other traits filled "team leader" "prankster", etc. I just don't know how to get a sparkplug, and I would very much like one. Thanks

The one sparkplug player i have in the minors is high greed and high work ethic.

There's a document some where round these parts that's lists everything.

I'll have to see if I can find it for you

I've seen a few different lists that don't seem to agree completely as to what character traits ratings make a player a sparkplug. (For instance, one post I found here said that they would have low greed, while someone in this thread has already identified a sparkplug in their organization with high greed.)
The things that seem to be sure about this character type: they need to have a very high work ethic rating. There seems to be general agreement that they need to have high intelligence. I'm seeing indications that they would have low controversy ratings.
I see at least one indication that someone found the sparkplug type to have high adaptability ratings. But I'm not sure if that was just their impression based upon small sample size, or if this in fact has anything to do with earning the sparkplug classification.

I would expect a sparkplug to be very motivated to win (high desire for winner rating) but that is pure speculation on my part and likely not an actual factor.

Yeah, I've tried all of those number combinations you spoke of, and the best I got was captain and Fan Fav.

It seems much of the time the spark plug players become fan favorites. I've sometimes seen them evolve into captains too. I think it's a thin line separating the categories.

try work ethich along with handle xxx x3 at a decent threshold and not too low. lower team leadership to avoid captain and loyalty if that causes team favorite.

probably high desire for win.

remember, the labels aren't what cause anything, from what i know. each trait will influence various things in their proper weights etc etc... anything morale/chemistry related is all about rate of change, not current status... although current status will always be good if you have a positive rate, or keep it mostly positive over time.

a positive rate of change relative to team chemistry/individual morale in a previously long-term rancid environment will take time to fix.

focus on the individual traits. think of the labels like you do with 'overall/potential' ... useful but nothing specific is gleaned.
