Change my Manager Facegen?

Is there a way to change the randomly generated facegen for my Manager.

He looks like a gas station owner from 2001. He has a pencil-thin sideburns and a soul patch.

Only thing missing is a Guy Fieri hairstyle.

Sure, just click on your manager's name anywhere it appears (home screen, staff screen, etc.) and that'll open his/your profile screen, where you can use the Picture Menu to adjust the appearance.
