Filters - Saved Where?

Hi --

I have created a bunch of filters in my game while playing on my laptop. I copied my game (league) files to my desktop but the filters are not there. Where are those settings saved? I would like to copy them to my desktop instead of having to recreate them.

They are in the tables folder.
