How to generate player facegen on an online league

I am a non-commish in an online league with fg enabled. However, there are some players that i do not see fg for. My commish is adamant that he sees fg for those players on his computer. Why do these fg png files not go to my league file when i download a new sim? Otherwise, how do I generate them for myself? (remember that I am not a league admin and therefore cannot generate fg in game)
