Minor League Affiliates

I have a silly question but this is something I cannot figure out: How do I change the parent club for the minor league teams in my created world?

You need to edit the parent club to modify the minor league associations.

When I attempted to do this I could only choose between 3-4 clubs and didn't have the option to select the minor league affiliate that I wanted.

If they're already affiliated you need to remove the affiliation from the current parent club first before you can add it to a new parent club. The list will only show unaffiliated teams.
