Game freezes when loading historical minors logos

Trying to start a historical game in 2003, with real historical minors. I have tried several times, but the game always freezes while trying to load team logos. The progress bar is always at 60% while doing "Creating/Checking Affiliate Team Logos".

Any ideas on how to fix this? I also tried 2004 - same problem, just at 81% instead.

Do you have custom logo? Seems like one of the logos is causing the crash. I would suggest removing any custom logos as 1st step

Yes, I have a ton of custom logos in the logos folder. So many that it will be pretty much impossible to go through and remove them...

Found a solution to this: I moved all of my logos out of OOTP 19's logo folder and into another location on my computer. Then I started OOTP. The game noticed there were no logos and then re-generated the standard logos that come with the game. I created a new game and everything went smoothly. Then I copied my original logos folder back into OOTP's logos folder, so that I can access my custom logos.
