OSA should be consistent for all GMs in an online league, correct? I am in an online league where I see a player who is listed by OSA as 60/60 overall/potential. Another GM sees the OSA for the same player as 50/50. We are on the same date, and both have scouting set to relative to ML. Has anyone seen this before?
