Why no spitball?

Come on, guys...lets loosen up a bit!

I have advocated for spitballs in the past, because there were many years in the MLB where it was legal - if you count wholesale and grandfathered players (from the turn of the 20th century to 1934).

But it is also a very niche feature. But also I think one that could be the most glaring absence in OOTP in terms of simulating MLB history.
