No Kimbrel or Javy Lopez?
Has anyone seen an extra Kimbrel or a Javy Lopez? I feel at the very least there should be a diamond rookie Kimbrel, or anything from his Braves time. Also some kind of card for Javy Lopez's ridiculous 2003 season.
Also, on the topic of missing Braves catchers, Joe Torre's 1966 season was one of the best ever by a catcher. There are zero decent braves catchers in the game, and this is quite troubling. I hope to see some of these come in the future. e: There is actually a Torre card. Pretty decent, he's now my starting C. Garbage plate discipline though. 88 OVR. There's a 96-rated Brave Kimbrel and a 93-rated Javy. Good luck finding either in the auction house. That Kimbrel is a top 3 closer in the game and the Javy is a top 5 hitting catcher.
Here's a snapshot of a spreadsheet I've been compiling across my leagues. Except for some rare players I haven't seen, these are the top rated Catchers and Relief Pitchers. |

Thanks for this! I've had thoughts about a spreadsheet and maybe making one with the best budget players at bronze, silver, and gold. I've done the same with Madden.
Kimbrel is my new grail, instead of that 100 Maddux. Going to try and build an all-braves team when my 100 Bonds sells. Also, how do you find the lefty/righty splits without actually having the card? These are players that were actually in your league? Quote:

To do this easiest, go to Player Search, create a custom view will all the ratings lines, hit the Export option, cut & paste to Excel, and then clean it all up. The biggest cleaning problems are the varying learned positional ratings, the RP Stuff bump, and some weird thing with Arm Slots being different on the same pitchers, sometimes resulting in a 1 point Stuff difference vs. one handedness. Oh yeah, and it's a bit annoying that there is no way to pull the card type, year, or listed team, so I can't filter by any of that. I've also done some more meta-stat analysis by pulling the career data from all my leagues, then combining same players. It's not the most scientific since its mashing together players across league levels in many different roles, but it's interesting to look at some of the results. |

He goes for around 16K which is a pretty good bargain in my humble opinion... |
