Catchers tired without substitution

Hello there!

I am sorry if this question was already answered - or if this is not the proper place to post it.

I joined the Perfect Team game in the first beta day, and the regular championship since the first week, before the first season.

For the first I am facing a problem: my catchers are not being substituted when they are tired. Since I - as almost everybody here - work a lot during the day, I cannot nurtur my team every half an hour. I saw yesterday that my catcher was exausted (0%). And checked if I had a substitute in place ("if starter tired"). It was there. Then, after the next game, my 0% starter catcher played the game, without being substituted.

As it was a emergency, I manually put my backup catcher as starter - and placed my starter as substitute. After a few games, my new starter catcher became exausted (0%) without my former starter being used!

I don't know if its a annoying bug or whether I am missing something. But... I'm no rookie in Perfect Team... This thing never happened before.

Do you have 7-day lineups activated?

I did activate it for some games. And that was when I noticed the catcher thing. But in all my different lineups I had the "if starter tired" on.

But I did think that that might have been the problem. So I went back to my traditional two lineups only, for RHP+DH and LHP+DH, and the problem continued.

I am now using my substitute more often than I would like to (every third game) and it is working.

But, of course, if this is happening only with me I possibly did something wrong that I am not aware of... I just would like to check with you people.
