Did We Lose the 2 Way Player Check Box?

I drafted a player I wanted to set as a 2 way player, but the check box is missing. I then checked players on all 3 of my online leagues and the box is missing for all of them

One of the other GM's had a player which they had set 2 way previously and the check box still appears under that players strategy. However, it is no longer available for other players.

What gives?

I was able to talk with one of my commissioners who let me know that you have to check a box allowing 2 way players. He looked and that box was checked, which he posted as a screen cap on slack.

However, he was seeing the same thing as me (also confirmed with multiple GM's)- players who were previously set to 2 way still have the check box on strategy page, but all other players do not have the box available. This includes newly drafted players.
