Just got my first Gold Pack...

Spent the 5k in PP and went to open the pack, got an error message and it sent me back to the team screen, no pack to open, lost my 5k in PP and no new cards...any resolution for this?

Did you check your Inactive roster to see if the new cards appeared there? What did the error message say? Also, try completely logging out and logging back in to see if that gets them to show up.
