I am a casual OOTP player, who dabbles in custom leagues sometimes. I'm not competitve at all, but I find the Perfect Team mode to be pretty fascinating. I'm not sure how it all works yet, but I'm enjoying playing it in the background and gradually tweaking my roster and watching the results.
