Why Am I Unable To Buy A Card pack?

I have just over 6000 points. i wnt to buy a gold pack. Why am i unable to do so?

If you don't see any buttons, it's possibly a skins problem. Did you mod your skins? I did and this problem of not being able to see some things was the result. One way to fix this is to delete your skins folders. Of course, you'll have to redo your changes then.

If you didn't download or mod your skins and you can't see the buttons, then try this: Go to the settings dialog (on the first screen when you open the game), then the troubleshooting tab, then click the button to force re-installation of data.

By the way, if the buttons are hidden like mine was, you'll be able to locate them by hovering over them. The mouse pointer will change and then you can click them. This indicates they're there, but invisible.

Try this:

Open the settings dialog (Main menu), click the troubleshooting tab, and there the button "Force game data re-installation". Then restart OOTP and the issue is resolved.
