The text in the inbox disappers when I load the game

Hello. So when I get a new message, I see text the first time around. However, when I load the game, it's all gone. It doesn't matter if I'm using task manager or not. The text still disappears.

Is that a normal historical game you started or e.g. from a created quickstart?

Normal historical game Mr.Palkowski. Also, there's another problem with the inbox as well. Some achievements I get this:

Is it in every historical game you start?

If you start a random historical game without a team (to get the job offer mails) and, quit the game (normal way with saving) and then load the game again, are the initial news empty?

Yes it's still blank It even happens in the Standard mode.
