Submit Team - noob question
I keep clicking it after every lineup change, Im not sure if that is necessary or not, do I just need to do it once?

Just once before the sim starts. It takes the last submit and rolls with that. If you close the game without submitting though I don't think your changes stick.

While there is no need to hit it more than once, hitting it more frequently than necessary might save you some headache. Even if you have auto-submit selected, that submission occurs one minute before the sim starts, and if you make changes after that point you can occasionally end up seeing weird results. That also assumes no issues will occur with the autosubmit itself. Most of the time not getting a submission won't cause any huge problems, but you'll occasionally see weird things like one or more of the players you expect to be on the active roster becoming deactivated, which can be pretty annoying.
